One of the guys at Ibis was gracious enough to lend me a place to stay...and how beautiful it was. This was shot right from the front porch! With my alarm set at 6am, I knew I had to get up quick before the sun bleached out my shot. I just made it in time. Notice the moon in perfect view.

Per Hurricane Irene, this is just one of the hundreds of subway entrances that were closed off today. This was shot about 8pm, which is just about 4 hours before the hurricane is to hit NYC.
